A quiet Annex gem that puts real care into its coffee. Small, focused, and the kind of place that makes the neighbourhood better for being there.

Great spot to stop by to get some work done after a workout. The café has many options for the health conscious, and the Real Vanilla Latte was great. Coffee is getting expensive nowadays, so it’s not to the fault of the owners, but comparative to other places, it’s slightly more expensive. It could be the location as well or possibly the ingredients. The space was clean and quiet, which was perfect for having a relaxing afternoon.

Located in the heart of yorkville, this small little coffee shop is the perfect spot to have a quick drink, eat, and work if you choose too. Vibe is perfect, very clean restaraunt, staff are friendly and drinks are delicious. Would recommend!

I’m not gonna lie—I actually loved Aeset Coffee Co. when I happened to be in the area the other day and needed a caffeine fix. I ordered a vanilla oat latte, and it was honestly pretty great. I’m very particular when it comes to coffee (some might call me a coffee snob—I wouldn’t say that, but people definitely would! 😂). The reason I’m giving five stars isn’t just because the coffee was excellent, but also because the service was outstanding. It took about 45 seconds for them to make my large vanilla latte, which is no small feat. And it wasn’t as if they were cutting corners with an instant machine—they were clearly using a proper espresso setup and doing everything with precision. You could tell the ingredients were high quality—both the coffee and the oat milk. That elevated the taste even more, and with how quick and friendly the service was, I was inclined to leave a tip that actually exceeded the cost of the latte itself. Let that be a lesson to anyone in the service industry: excellent product + fast, friendly service = great tips. Aeset Coffee Co. nailed it. The shop itself has a really cool aesthetic, which is totally my vibe. It was busy when I went (a good sign!), and while the space could maybe be a little bigger, that’s a very minor nitpick. Most independent artisan coffee shops are smaller anyway, and this one is actually a good size compared to many others. All in all: amazing service, excellent coffee, awesome vibe. I’ll definitely be stopping by again—whether it’s before or after a haircut at my stylists salon in the area, or when I’m visiting my publicist’s office a few doors down :)

The Strawberry Lemonade Hydration Cold tonic was perfect for a warm autumn afternoon. Enjoyed on their street side patio - the perfect Yorkville experience. My friend and I saw the patio first and had to ask where the cafe was because it’s not directly across from the cafe, and not clearly sign posted. Staff were helpful with my friend’s gluten allergy and the inside of the cafe was cute. Great spot!

Beautiful little spot in the Yorkville Village. Was impressed by variety and quality of drink suggestions. My choice was Red Velvet latte. It was delicious! Will be back to try other options
