Cosette Coffee

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect Dubai Chewy, and Cosette Coffee absolutely delivers. Their version stands out for its beautifully balanced filling — pleasantly nutty with a delicate kadif and pistachio profile, and most importantly, not overly sweet. Another standout was the mushroom croissant. The mushrooms were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — I’d gladly come back just for this alone. I also tried the yuzu soda, which completely exceeded my expectations. I typically avoid sodas like this, but it was exceptionally refreshing, with vibrant citrus notes and delicious bits of purée that remained consistent from the first sip to the last. Cosette Coffee truly impressed me with both creativity and quality. Highly recommended — a well-deserved five stars. Edit: i came back for all their Dubai Chewy flavours. The Mugwort and Injeolmi are worth a try!!!

Fantastic service. Fantastic people. Fantastic food. Cosette Coffee was top tier in terms of taste, fast service, and customer centricity. I was able to order and receive my order exactly as I wanted in 2 minutes flat. And the place was bustling and busy at that! I'd prefer a matcha latte and forgot to tell them that I wanted it iced. They remade it for me with no issues. The food on display looked extremely scrumptious. I also had the matcha Madeline and a brocelli and egg quiche. Both were extremely satisfying and not too sweet. Will definitely visit again soon.

Heard the walnut cookie was great. It was! Also tried their Yuzuade soda and it was good too. Nice little spot with a big table for working in the back.

Cosette is my reward after a jog around High Park. It really is a treat. Staff are friendly and the service is impeccable, even when they’re under pressure you never feel rushed. The little serving trays are like a switch saying it’s time to relax. The coffee is reliable and the pastries are perfectly flaky. I love it.

I love this café! Their iced matcha latte is my absolute favorite, and the chocolate cookie is a must-try. The staff is always welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect for working on my laptop with relaxing music in the background. They also have lovely outdoor seating. Highly recommend!
