ICHA TEA

Came here with friends. We were all a little confused about which part of the tea bar/sit down area we should be in, but our server was so very patient and helpful, we felt at ease right away. We three ladies had the Sesame tofu cheesecake and it was amazing! I also enjoyed my tea bar of Crimson Glory Rose - so delicious (and I'm not a real tea drinker). That was on the Traditional menu, which is what the seating area in the back of the place is for. If you're getting something to go, you order and pay for it in the front part of the place. Overall, loved the place. Only quibble would be that one of the two washrooms was out of order, so everyone had to use only other one that was available.

I come here all the time!! Best matcha spot ever! I will literally bring all my friends and recommend everyone to come here ❤️ the staff are so lovely! Wendy is amazing love her, always puts a smile on my face! That is my girl! ✨ The space is super clean, good spot to hang with friends or study! Overall, come and enjoy the matcha, the peoples and environment! 🥰 1000/10!! ⭐️

If you’re in the Spadina/Chinatown area and looking for more than just a quick tea time and chill — ICHA TEA is a solid choice. I’ll definitely go back. Super love their strawberry matcha. 🍵🍓

We had the hot brown sugar ginger milk tea w/ oat milk and pearls (25% sugar). It was good, but very ginger heavy. It's good that they offer other things, like cake and treats. I'll have to come back and try it again. 😏😋

“It’s just Colored Water, Not Tea!” I’m so disappointed despite their high rating. They promote themselves as a tea house, so I expected quality brews. But whatever you order, they just grab tea leaves from the back, steep for barely a minute, and serve colored water with zero flavor. You could do better brewing at home by yourself!
