A warm, intimate cafe in downtown Toronto with a loyal local following. Great for slowing down with a well-made coffee and a quiet corner.

Had a good experience at Moments on Dundas St W. I ordered the matcha, which was smooth and perfectly balanced, and a flat white that was equally good. We also tried the Nutella donut and a peanut butter cookie, both were warmed up for us and absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the customer service. They were attentive, kind, and even provided water while we waited for our drinks, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great spot with excellent drinks, tasty treats, and very welcoming service. Highly recommend!
I've heard a lot about this place and have been sincerely wanting to give it a try. They have exceptional reviews for a reason. The food and coffee here are great. What I had: 1. Black Bean, Eggs & Cheddar Puff Pastry 2. Chana Ma Sala Puff Pastry (Vegan) 3. Pistachio Nuts Scone 4. Crème Brûlée Latte Black Bean, Eggs & Cheddar Puff Pastry It tasted delicious, costs $5.20. They refer to it as an empanada, but if you look at the picture it looks and tastes, more on the side of a puff pastry to me. It's very chewy, no crisp, but it is delicious. Chana Ma Sala Puff Pastry (Vegan) Very delicious, highly recommend and also costs $5.20. It's tastier, has a nice spice kick and sweet aftertaste. Has potato, onion and chickpeas. Very chewy too and the flakiness is perfect. Top favourite thing here. Pistachio Nuts Scone Costs $5.20 too. They serve it warm, tastes delicious by itself, but pair it with a coffee and it is mouthwatering. I had it with a latte and it's perfectly balanced. Not overly sweet or nutty, just perfect. Crème Brûlée Lattee Their flavoured lattes cost $5.75. Oh but again, it's perfect. Tastes smooth, balanced, even with syrup (from France, brand they use is Giffard) and the serving size, generous. Something you can definitely sit with, enjoy each sip and relax as you enjoy the atmosphere of the cafe. Vegetarian/Vegan Options 1. Chana Ma Sala 2. For cafe drinks, milk alternatives they offer are: Soy, Coconut, Almond and Oat Milk Atmosphere The place is beautiful . Plenty of tables at the front and back. It has a charm, the tables, plates and cups all compliment each other. There are scenic photo shots of Toronto on the wall and as well, where I was sitting at least, beautiful artwork on display on the shelf across from me. They have outlets for charging your devices if you're looking to get a bit of work done too. Washrooms, huge, clean and very earthly vibes. Plenty of room for freshening up after having a coffee or bite to eat. Conclusion At this cafe, their vegan Chana Ma Sala pastry, as well as their Pistachio Nut Scone and Crème Brûlée Latte, are definite must-trys and incredibly delicious.
Such a lovely place to spend some time with yourself. Latte was delicious and the pumpkin pecan scone went great with it. Service was amazing. I felt very welcome. Shout out to Thanh who made the whole experience extra special! First cafe I've been to that brought my order to the table and served water without asking. Just lovely~
It is one of the sweetest cafe in Toronto! The staff is super friendly and sweet. I ordered chestnut latte and apple caramel. Both of the orders were above average! Definitely recommend trying the bakegoods here. It’s relatively quiet in the morning, perfect for anyone who would like to study or work (an outlet beside most of the tables).
This was my little safe space in Toronto. I always enjoyed coming here for multiple reasons. They’ve got ann amazing and interesting food selection. I remember my first time coming here and I was just so intrigued by the flavor combinations. I always come back to see what new type of financier they have. The coffee always slaps too, and there are always seats available. The BEST part of this cafe is hands down their service. I am actually so impressed that every single time I step into this cafe, I’m met with nothing but kindness and just over the top service. The barista is always welcoming, sweet, and polite. He always brings the coffee to our table, and takes our plates once we’re done. It’s like restaurant level service at a cafe. I genuinely recommend this place! The interior is minimalistic with cute photos of Toronto. It’s just such a sweet and cute spot. Also, if you dine in they have really cute dishes.
