One of the most beautiful coffee shops I've ever seen! They have Nintendo figurines, a spacious seating area, and expert baristas. I ordered a hojicha latte and my partner ordered a regular latte. Both lattes were deliciously smooth and well made. The best part of this coffee shop is again the vibes and atmosphere. It has a long narrow and deep space, but it goes really deep. As in this cafe looks bigger than than you think once you move further down the place. I really enjoyed the overall feeling I got from being here and again the vibes here are amazing. Great place to study or hangout with friends!
Quite rare to find a coffee shop like this that opens early! Been here several times and the drinks and service have been top notch. It's generally packed inside so YMMV if you can secure a spot. Come early enough, and there will be plenty around. The music being played by these gigantic vintage speakers further bring out the uniqueness of this cafe too. If you prefer a quieter environment, the seats in the far back are your best bet.
Rooms is one of the BEST cafes in Toronto for interior and vibes. It’s comfortable, modern, and unique it’s hard not to want to sit for a bit and get some work done, this is the best part of rooms. I’ve been twice and gotten an iced matcha latte and they were polar opposites in flavour. The first time I went it was very grassy which was to my liking. Most recently, it was quite bad, watery tasting as the matcha was flavourless. It is a shame the drink has been inconsistent in my visits. Staff are chill, maybe too chill? Sometimes it is a bit difficult to get their attention, one time they didn’t even talk to me just waited for me to order. I don’t mind the relaxed service and I like it at times but I’d be lying saying it’s warm and welcoming. 3/5 flat, atmosphere carries the rating
Beautiful and cozy cafe with variety of sitting and relaxing atmosphere. Love that you can enjoy coffee for several hours, there’s no rush and no haste.
I ordered strawberry matcha which was really good. Not too sweet. Vibe inside is also great.
